Shipping policy

 

In order to offer you an extensive range of products, we work with numerous approved suppliers from around the world. The country origin and estimated delivery times for products are indicated on the product page. Decoralist supports local and global craftsmanship, which means many items are made-to-order and requires a longer lead time. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about shipping, manufacturing and lead times.
We offer free delivery within Canada on hundreds of products on orders +$500.

Your order will be shipped to you directly by the individual brand(s). Shipping times can vary and your order may arrive in multiple packages and/or from different couriers. Estimated shipping times can be found on the individual product page under the "Shipping Information" tab. We will provide tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. 

Kindly note that is the customer's responsibility to liaise with the courier if you need to arrange a redelivery, request the order be left in a safe place, with a neighbour etc. Should item(s) fail to deliver, and as a result, are sent back to the brand, the customer will incur the redelivery shipping costs. We are not able to refund orders or original postage costs where delivery attempts have failed. If you need us to hold your order for a set period of time, due to a renovation or you being away, please include details in the Order Notes when placing your order so we can do our best to accomodate your needs.

Furniture Delivery
Some products require specialist delivery (furniture and fragile items such as art and mirrors).
We offer Standard Domestic Delivery on our furniture ranges which can take 3-9 weeks. You may receive multiple deliveries per order. Delays in shipping and delivery with our partners can happen for various reasons and are beyond our control.
You may purchase White Glove Delivery at checkout for an additional fee which includes inside delivery to the room of choice, unpacking, and debris removal.

International Delivery
We offer worldwide shipping on all items. The shipping cost will be calculated at checkout and is based on your delivery address and order volume. 
For furniture, fragile and larger orders, we need to obtain an international shipping quote from our delivery partners. Please contact us with your full delivery address for a shipping quotation. 

International delivery may also incur local taxes and import duties. These are the responsibility of the recipient of the goods on arrival in the country of delivery.
