In order to offer you an extensive range of products, we work with numerous approved suppliers from around the world. The country origin and estimated delivery times for products are indicated on the product page. Decoralist supports local and global craftsmanship, which means many items are made-to-order for you and may sometimes mean a longer lead time. Please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions about shipping, manufacturing and lead times.
Placing An Order
Orders are processed Monday - Friday, 10:00 am - 5:00 pm. Orders placed on the weekend / over long weekends will be processed the following week / next working day. Please allow 48 hours for orders to be processed.
We will do our very best to complete your order as quickly as possible but we do work with external suppliers, brands and designers which means stock levels can fluctuate. We will be in touch with you if your product is out of stock with the expected time frame and how you would like to proceed with your order.

Small items will be dispatched by our approved suppliers. We will provide tracking information as soon as your order has been dispatched. Your delivery method will vary depending on the items in your basket; by size, weight, fragility and supplier. Kindly note that if you have ordered multiple items in the same order, your items may arrive on different days or from different couriers. Either way, we’ll keep you in the loop! Estimated delivery times are shown on each product page and can vary depending on the vendor and shipping location.
For larger items, including most furniture and volume orders, as soon as your item(s) are received and quality checked, our team will get in touch to arrange a delivery date with our complimentary white glove delivery service. White glove delivery is our premium service, which includes careful installation or placement of the item, plus removal of any packaging. In essence, your new item will be placed exactly where you require it, ready for you to enjoy.

Returns and Refunds

Returns Policy
Our simple returns policy means that you can shop with peace of mind at Decoralist. We’re sure you’ll love your purchase, however if for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return your order within 14 days of receipt. We will be happy to offer you an exchange or a refund, excluding the original cost of delivery. This is on condition that the products are returned complete, in perfect condition, unused and in its original inner and outer packaging with all labels and tags attached.
Please note that return delivery fees are to be covered by the customer, unless in the case of a damaged item(s).
Regarding the return of a furniture item which has been delivered via pallet delivery, please note that we will not cover the cost of a new pallet, so please keep hold of this until you have checked the item(s). Furniture orders may be subject to a restocking fee and collection charge.
Please note that we are unable to accept made-to-order, non-standard, customized or special order products.
We are unable to offer returns for international orders. We encourage you to double-check the dimensions of the product(s) you wish to order to ensure access is not a problem during delivery.
How Do I Make A Return?
Please email info@decoralist.com with your order number and ‘RETURN’ in the email subject line (Order #0000 RETURN) to inform us that you would like to make a return. We will send you the paperwork and delivery address to complete your return.

When organising a return, please send the item with care, using a trackable service to ensure that it reaches us without damage. Decoralist reserves the right to refuse a refund on your order, or issue a credit note for the original selling price if the product is not returned in a fully re-sellable condition.
Your refund will be processed as soon as your item is received and been quality checked. Please be aware that refunds can take up to 10 working days to clear.
Damaged Products
If your order arrives damaged, please take photos and email info@decoralist.com with your order number within 48 hours of receipt. Without the correct information and images, we will not be able to investigate the issue. Failure to notify us within 48 hours of receiving a faulty or damaged product could mean we have to charge for a replacement. Decoralist is happy to offer a replacement on any damaged items at our expense.
